Taking advice from this thread, I ran several tests and uploaded to my One Drive. Replaced power supply, added an extra fan. When I go into Windows Event Viewer, it says I am getting kernel power 41 errors. This happens a few times a week.Ībout 6 months ago I reinstalled windows 10 and it was better for a while, but after a month or so I started getting the crashes The only way out is to remove power from the machine and restart. I also sometimes get a total machine freeze, where I can see both screens, but nothing works. I cannot find a memory.dmp or Minidump files. Generally, the screens suddenly go blank, then the computer reboots. The sudden shutdown seems to happen most often when the computer is idle, once or twice a day, but occasionally when I am using This happens two or three times a day, I generally keep the computer turned ON 24/7. The machine suddenly shuts down, then reboots. This problem has been going on for at least a year. This is a computer I build myself two years ago.
