Where did you get the "Calculus Made Easy" APP? This APP if from the Ti89 Calculus Made Easy v9.2 web site was made by Nils. If it is my APP it would have given you my email address too. Look, you said, "Texas Instruments won't respond." No problem! Email Nils, and tell him your problem, and he will walk you through the whole process if needed. At that site or email if you enter the 14 digit ID number found by pressing -Tools then stroll down to -About and press on your Ti89 at the factory custom (Home screen), Nils will send you a code by email that will allow you to operate the APP.
